Hey girl hey!

Welcome to Country Jewell Boutique! We are beyond excited to have you part of our boutique community! Our customers become part of our family!

We are a husband and wife duo that runs our boutique as a team! We strive for amazing customer service, quick shipping and bringing the best clothing at affordable prices!

A little bit about us! We have a son Trenton (19) and a daughter Brooklyn (15) that helps us make our boutique dream into a reality! Brooklyn has an amazing talent behind the camera and helps with some of our boutique pictures!

Trenton helps countless hours with shipping and unloading all our packages! My husband (Justin) is the pro behind the scenes. Justin makes sure our website is running smoothly, shipping orders are processed and all our platforms are ready for our live events. You’ll see him from time to time during our live events!

We live in beautiful Northern Michigan and enjoy everything outdoors! My husband is addicted to coffee and beer! 

I (Jennifer) survive off coffee, wine, Netflix, dry shampoo and shopping!

Our family is all about going through life having fun and lots of laughs!

Flat rate shipping of $7.95 for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are free. 

Shipping:

We offer a 24 hour shipping window. Once you pay shipping you’ll receive free shipping for 24 hours and we will combine all orders. 

We ship all our orders through the United States Postal Service. All our orders are ready to be shipped after 24 hours after your order has been placed. We do not ship on Sunday or on holidays. All orders placed on Sunday will go out on Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the following day. We strive on FAST shipping so our #1 goal is to be able to ship your product ASAP. We are not responsible for any orders that get lost or stolen. Once your order has been delivered by USPS you will be responsible to file a claim through your local post office.  If you need anything faster or shipped overnight please call, email or message us and we can do that! 

Returns:

All items must be received back to our warehouse within 14 days from the date you received your order. Items must be in their original condition. Jeans must have all tags on them and all shoes must be in original packaging or boxes. Worn items, items damaged by customer, or washed items will not be accepted for returns. This also includes any items with stains or obvious wear will not be accepted. 

**All returns must have your full name and order number attached with your return**
***All returns that are received after 14 days will be returned back to the customer. The customer is responsible for the returned shipping***

*Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

**All returns MUST have your order number & name with your return attached. It can simply be written on a piece of paper. It takes us a very long time to go through each order so if you do not have your order number attached then your return can take up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

**We do not cancel any orders once the order has been processed. Due to our fast shipping once your order is processed it goes directly to packaging to our warehouse. 

Customer service issues:

Please email us at countryjewellboutique@gmail.com with any questions regarding your order. We do not respond on the weekends but will respond to all messages within 24-48 hours of your email being sent. All messages will be responded to Monday - Friday.  Please make sure to include your order number in your email.

Non-Returnable Items: All items listed are non-returnable
-Any sale, discounted or clearance items - This includes doorbusters, 40% off singles tab or any items that have been marked down during a live event for a sale. 
-Gift cards 
-Jewelry and all accessories
-Leggings or yoga pants
-Intimates (bras, bralettes, leggings, undergarments) 
-Items worn, washed or damaged by customer
-Desert Bronze Tanning Mousse 
-Pre Ordered items
-Candy Club 
-Any food items 
-Bathing suites 
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping cost. Please include your original invoice with your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during their return back to our warehouse. 
Exchanges:
We are unable to do exchanges due to our limited inventory. We can't guarantee we will have your size available by the time we receive your return. 
If you need to do an exchange we recommend you to place a new order and return the other item
Damaged Items:
If any items are damaged please notify us within 3 days from receiving your order. If it is after 3 days from the date you received your order then we will not be able to consider that item damaged. If your package arrives and is damaged please send us an email with a picture of the damaged package so we can help with filing a claim through the USPS.

Store Credit:
We do not offer refunds on any items. Any items that are returned within the 14 days will be issued a store credit.

Boutique clothing vary in sizes, so the size chart may not be exact to the size of every item. We recommend reading the additional sizing we add to each item under the item description.
